Florida Sales:
Florida sales are subject to 7% Florida Sales Tax. If ordering via our website, this will be added automatically to your order total, including shipping and handling.
If you are mailing your payment, you will ned to add the 7% Florida Sales Tax to your order total, including shipping and handling.

Please make sure you give us your correct and active email address!
We are not responsible if you do not receive correspondence from us or the USPS due to the fact that we have been given an invalid / incorrect email address;
your email inbox is full; your spam program prevents our emails from reaching you.
We send correspondence to the email listed on your PayPal payment - if that email address is incorrect, please provide us with a valid email address
to makle sure the information we send willl reach you.

Shipping Information:
- Sorry, No shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, Canada, APO/FPO addresses or Overseas.
- No shipping during the weeks of the 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year's Eve due to the extreme delays experienced by the USPS due to extra holiday shipping and holiday closings of USPS facilities.
- All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail (FOB), no exceptions.
We do not offer any other options for shipping.
- Since these are live insects, we ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only.
To ensure same week ship-out, please place your order so that we receive it no later than
9:00 AM EST on Monday or 9:00 AM EST on Tuesday.
- Various USPS holiday closings can affect shipping days. Please see the holdiay dates listing at the bottom of this page.
- Your worm shipment cannot be left at your door or in your mailbox.
Please have delivery made to your work address if needed.
Or you may request the package be held at your post office for pick-up.
For this option, please mention it in your payment and include your phone number so that the post office can call you for pick-up.

Please read ALL below:
* As long as worms are delivered to you upon first delivery attempt or if a notice is left, then they are picked up from the post office within 24 hrs.
If you experience any problems, please notify us within 24 hours after your shipment arrives.
** Extreme Weather Shipping:
We will ship out your order and if it arrives DOA due to the weather conditions, we will replace your order in one of two ways...
(Replacement Option 1) We can send the replacement shipment out to you with either cold pack(s) during the summer ($2.00 each) or heat pack(s) during the winter ($2.50 each).
There will be no charge for the replacement worms or postage, just the pack(s) that will be needed. We will send you a PayPal generated invoice for this option if selected.
Or (Replacement Option 2) We can ship the replacement order out to you again without any pack, but on this second shipment, we will not be able to guarantee live arrival since you have already experienced a weather related problem.
*** When we CANNOT Guarantee Live Delivery:
Once we have concluded that the temperatures are just too high or too low for delivery attempted without either cold or heat pack(s), we will post on the 'Order & Buy Now' page
that the proper packs will be required to guarantee live delivery.
Or we will include notice in our order confirmation email reply to you or email you directly.
If this notice is posted and/or you are notified by email and you do not order the pack(s) and your order arrives DOA, we will NOT be able to replace your order.
- We offer cold / heat packs for seperate purchase on our 'Order and Buy Now' page, so please purchase if you are experiencing any extreme weather so you can avoid any DOA on your initial shipment.
(1 cold / heat pack recommended per 250 - 10,000 worms ordered)
- We ship to the address that is listed on your PayPal payment notice that we receive.
- You will receive an email containing your USPS Delivery Confirmation Number once your worms are scheduled to be shipped.
Please Note: The USPS Delivery Confirmation Label Number
This is NOT an in-transit tracking number.
The email you will receive containing this number is the confirmation that your package has been scanned into the USPS shipping system and
is scheduled to ship out on the date you have been provided with, thus creating your number.
We can utilize this number should any problems occur.
