>EXTREME WEATHER SHIPPING:   PLEASE READ **

During the extreme conditions of summer and winter in certain areas of the US we offer the following:

We will send out your order and if it arrives DOA due to the weather conditions, we will replace your order in one of two ways... (1) We can send the replacement shipment out to you with either cold-packs during the summer ($2.00 each) or heat-packs during the winter ($2.50 each). There will be no charge for the replacement worms, just the pack that will be needed. We will send you a PayPal generated invoice for this option if selected. Or (2) We can send the replacement order out to you again without any pack, but on this second shipment, we will not be able to guarantee live arrival if you have already experienced a weather-related problem. 

 

>NEW!!  You can now purchase cold / heat packs on our Order & Buy Now page, as a seperate purchase, to avoid any DOA on your initial shipment.  Just remember the following:

1 cold / heat pack per 5,000 worms ordered.
